in all these bad news about limiz, deprivation and life-time-commitments comes something positiv, 4 a change--
(hope i can cheer any1 up)-

as we all know muscle neez more "food" than fatty tissue, iz good 2 build up muscles, besides the effect on looking and feeling waaaay better and burning cals, which we all should think about as an additional "maintnance-attitude" - (but i guess we all wanna wait with that till after the program, as we dont want any1 fainting or even worse-)

the body- clever as ever- actually increases iz muscle-tissue already if we xercise in the gym every machine only until the muscle(-group) we r working on is xhausted ONCE-
but there4 we REALLY have 2 go 2 that point where we cant carry on.. normally that doesnt even take long.
(if u can work on a machine 4 ages and a million repeatinx, the weighz r 2 lite!)

so, put as much weight on as u can lift-push-press about 60-90 seconz (the very maximum is 120 secs.-> thought i do my usual abbreviation with "x"- hugh!? *g*) and repeat the movement till u cant go on a single more time.
dont stop though - u have 2 follow through the repeatinx in 1 go!! :weights:
and shouldnt also take ages 2 get 2 the next machine or take endless rests! :weights2:

the muscle will b a bit embarrased :embarrassment: and think: ups! i think i need 2 get a bit bigger and till next time, it will grow! promise!
u should do that 2 or 3 times a week, but only 10 machines!! (in turns spread over the months.)
so, this is only a time-span of 20 minuz the most..
i think thaz a very nice training-mode!
more repeating than xhausting the muscle ONCE is neighter sufficient nor necessary! (it just ruins the ligamenz and joinz sooner! and again: the body isnt stupid and understanz a hint at once.) :cupid:

{hi} there Cyberella

That’s really interesting – thanks for sharing in such a lovely way that only you can!

From the 1st Personal Diet’s point of view, the success of the program is not related to exercise.

:weights2:
If however you deviate because the exercise you are doing stimulates your appetite :munchies: you will end up loosing weight slower.

You may do moderate exercises providing that the exercise you do does not increase or stimulate your appetite – the big key will be to listen to your body ie: see how you feel and what you are able to manage comfortably.

If you do exercise, :weights: we recommend that you eat your apple 20 minutes prior to exercising.
