Good morning AmyLynn!
I have been taking advil for my back/neck (having tight/tweaked muscles) and have also taken advil for cramps while on this diet. I did not notice that it slowed my progress at all, but I'm no consultant so...
Good luck! I feel your pain!

{hi} there Ladies
Sorry to hear about the cramps… :comfort:
Always remember that during the program you may take any medication that you would normally use or any medication as prescribed by your personal doctor. All we ask is that you please select sugar free options that do not contain any alcohol or fruit flavoring…
Furthermore, if you get cramps, we recommend that you take Slow Mag (magnesium) or Calmag 2 x day on top of your daily vitamin.

Hi there Amylynn
{oops} {sorry} {duh} ~ I didn’t realize you were talking about TOM cramps… thought perhaps your leg or foot or something…
The calmag and calcium are especially for cramps in muscles – maybe they could help for TOM cramps? Not really sure about that – but in any case, both these minerals are EXCELLENT FOR YOU and at TOM, most Gal's need all the help we can get...
So, it’s either pills or :elmer: ~ I believe pills are a safer option…
