good consultanz!! they allow all kinz of grains in our crackers, so i had some alternative "snax" during the program...

what i found in the whole-food markez was not only rye-"wasa"-bread or corn-wafers, but spelt-crackers and "millet-balls", tasting real cool and being all fluffy.
and the latest treat i gave myself was whole-some cornflakes, made only of corn as u get those in whole food stores.
i put them in my yoghurt and added 2 tsp. of bran husx and sometimes my fruit allowance..
what a pleasure..
just like shasha's rice-cake yoghurt...

gotta go sleep again, so 2morrow comes "sooner" and with it my yummy-fooz!
i'm getting hungry here, just thinking about all these delighz!!

btw. shasha-
if the consuls allow any grain- even gave green lite 4 corn, y isnt fat free popcorn with nothing else than salt allowed?
the crackers seem worse, as they often contain sugar, glucose-syrups and other "unmentionables"...

{hi} there Hybrid222 & Cyberella

:cop: Please note:
NO FLAVORED CRACKERS on the program – and no crackers that contain seeds either. These will trigger hunger! Plain Matzo is fine...

{hi} there Cyberella

Yes, you are quiet lucky, Austria is a very clean and beautiful country! How lovely your organic veggies must be… :cloud9:

(We loved Innsbruck and did some tobogganing and winter sports there a couple of years ago - we stayed for a week in a pension, it was freezing cold, but delightfully wonderful!)

It’s sad how most people have become so very use to unnatural processed and super refined foods and flavors and drinks etc. all of these take their toll on the body making us sick, while putting stacks of money in the pockets of people who don’t really care. :elmer:

Oh that more places on earth would sell more healthy foods and :praying: put bans on poisons, toxins and stuff that destroy us and the planet!!
