good consultanz!! they allow all kinz of grains in our crackers, so i had some alternative "snax" during the program...
what i found in the whole-food markez was not only rye-"wasa"-bread or corn-wafers, but spelt-crackers and "millet-balls", tasting real cool and being all fluffy.
and the latest treat i gave myself was whole-some cornflakes, made only of corn as u get those in whole food stores.
i put them in my yoghurt and added 2 tsp. of bran husx and sometimes my fruit allowance..
what a pleasure..
just like shasha's rice-cake yoghurt...
gotta go sleep again, so 2morrow comes "sooner" and with it my yummy-fooz!
i'm getting hungry here, just thinking about all these delighz!!
btw. shasha-
if the consuls allow any grain- even gave green lite 4 corn, y isnt fat free popcorn with nothing else than salt allowed?
the crackers seem worse, as they often contain sugar, glucose-syrups and other "unmentionables"...
