ok, my 12 weex r up

hi, my dearest sisters and brothers in arms!! :weights2:

my 12 weex have xpired already and i have 2 report that i havent quite reached my target weight, but lost 20 kg/ 44lbs. of pure fat some of it unpleasant some of it i would have liked 2 keep- as some of u might remember i am the boobie-shrinking-queen... :eyebrow:

so, there would b another 4kg (8,8 lbs) 2 go according 2 dr.cohen, according 2 me there would b at least 5kg (11lbs) but better 8kg (17 lbs) 2 lose.

my shape's quite ok-
not perfect, but ok..
i have 2 take care of my bossom now- i decided (after talking 2 some specialisz).
and will come back 4 another round of cohens super duper diet madness later in the game.

i started refeed 4 days ago and will b busy with it another 2 weex-
so i'll still b around! (and when i'm done, i'll come visit!!)

It's very important that you follow your Re-feeding Program 100% and that after Re-feeding you implement the rules at the back of your Re-feeding Guide.

Normally clients should only start Re-feeding when they reach their goal weight - but if your consultant said this was okay, it should be fine...

Wishing you much success and please don't forget about all your other Diet Buddies who are still walking on their road to success... always stay close by and keep us posted or just come to say 'Hi'...

I'm sure I've told you before that all Cohen Cops live in Cyberspace! :cop: That is how we manage to sneak up on you and peak at what you are doing just when you least expect it ~ LOL!

I ask you, what on earth is a couple of meters between earth and Cyberspace anyways? In reality the world is such a very small place! I mean, I have a car made in France, a washing machine made in Taiwan, plenty of stuff that comes from China and a bunch of Diet Buddies from all around the world... the most important thing is that you know that each one of you have a very special place, right here in my heart.

A baby made in SA? Well, that is kind of far from home for you? Do you like to travel? Or do you just like to import babies? ~ In my mind being made in SA is as good as being made in China, or in Korea, or Europe or in the US. Who cares where you are from, in life it is WHERE YOU ARE GOING that really matters!

u r so very rite -as always- iz a matter of "where we r going" and "how we get there", not where we come from--

but knowing where some1 is at present and where he/she comes from makx the other 1 relate a bit better 2 their ways and "xistance" -
it makx me feel closer 2 someone if i can picture the places he might walk about every day-
and some places on this planet i have been blessed 2 get 2 know a bit better... :surf:

LOL and I did manage to find your post about "i lived in capetown, johannisburg, fiji and the caribbean 4 some time and i just happen 2 looove the language..."

I have been to quiet a few places in my time as well... and, do hope to go to quiet a few more - before I make 105 that is!!! (or is my next birthday going to be 106?) At this age my mind sometimes doesn’t just leave me for a short while - it completely wonders off! {rofl}

A little closer to your home, I must tell you that I do love Europe, some of the countries that I have been to there include England, Netherlands, Germany, France, Austria, Italy, Venice and Switzerland.
