Is there a change in the program after your 4 week blood test?

It will depend on the results of your 4 week blood test. When I was on the diet last year, I did not have any required changes at the 4 week blood test.

I haven't had Dr. Cohen make any changes in my plan for over 12 weeks - my understanding is that if you follow the plan strictly and you are experiencing appropriate weight loss, no changes are made.

{hi} there Everyone
Dr Cohen monitors your progress through your follow up blood tests which are required on weeks 4, 12, 16 and every 8 weeks following this, depending on how long you need to be on the program to loose your excess fat.
From these blood test results Dr Cohen can see if your program needs to be updated in one of two ways: 1) you may need to change certain things in the way you are doing your program or, 2) Dr Cohen make certain changes to your actual eating plan.
If you were asked to continue just as you were as was Mrs Peel and GettingSkinny, it's a wonderful thumbs up for you {goodjob} because it means that your hormones are functioning the way Dr Cohen expected they should and that you are doing the very best you can! :clapping3:
Dr Cohen classes your follow-up blood test results into one of 4 categories ranging from OK to Deviating... Having this feedback from Dr Cohen is most valuable to clients in that sometimes people make mistakes that they are not even aware of. Part of the reason for the blood tests is that Dr Cohen will help you to identify these mistakes so that you can eliminate them and not cause ongoing setbacks on your road to wellness.
Remember, we want you to have the maximum results that you can have {cheerleader}

My weight loss seems to be pretty slow this last 4 weeks, and I think I'm following everything to the letter, even to the point of dropping a fruit and cracker serving. Hopefully something shows up in my blood work as I'll be renewing when my program over next week.

{hi} there LesKiya
I’m pleased to hear that you are following your eating plan 100% - {goodjob} and please keep up the good work!
Most clients report their best progress in the first 4 months – providing you continue to follow your eating plan 100%, you should see steady ongoing progress. You may be going through a plateau? See pages 10 and 11 of your New Customer Guide…
Always remember that if you keep walking in the right direction YOU WILL REACH YOUR DESTINATION – you did not gain the excess weight overnight and need to all your body the time it needs to return to health and wellness – so, well done on doing the very best you can!!! This is excellent!!! {cheerleader}
