Hello everyone, well here I am at 8 weeks and I really want to thank all of you for your words of encouragement and advise along the way.
Week 5 and 6 were hard but got through it. I am officially down from 144 pounds to 124, can't really settle on my final goal but should be 115-120 range.
Feel incredible so much more energy and sleep great at night. Amazing what people can do when they put ones mind to something.
For all of those who are just starting, this program truly works and makes sense.
I know 4 of my friends have signed up recently and hope to get my husband started next week too.

About your goal weight: if Dr Cohen recommended between 115 and 120 pounds, 115 pounds would be suitable for a small frame size and 120 pounds would be suitable for a larger frame size.

Don't forget to request your Refeeding Program when you are 5 pounds away from your goal weight... YOU're ALMOST THERE!!!

I would consider myself a small frame, my wrists are extremely small and I wear a 4 1/2 ring size.
Mid 20's to after I had my son I weighed 115-118, so that feels about right, I am only judging based on the fact that there are still some areas of fat around......any comments are welcome.

As you have a small frame size and extremely small wrists, I would definitely recommend 115 pounds!!! :bighug:

Ultimately the excess fat should be gone and you need to look and feel great {cheerleader}


So, keep up the good work, you're almost there!!!
