Hi there Baredw!

Excellent start you are off to!!! Great job so far and you'll see that the more you lose the more motivated you are to stay on this plan. Those fried foods will sound less and less appealing as your figure becomes more and more appealing!! Keep it up and keep us posted. How about adding a ticker to your signature? They are fun to watch!

once in a while I get too busy to eat, so I only eat two meals a day.My d
second meal I double up. Is there a problem with that?

Hi Baredw!

Yes - a HUGE problem with that. You must make the time to eat all of your meals and I know sometimes that is hard to do but it is imperative that you follow this plan 100%!! You are already eating such minimal amounts that forgetting a meal is a bad, bad thing to do and your progress will slow down immensly, not to mention your energy will be zapped and your cravings will become stronger. You MUST make the time to eat, okay? Put yourself and your well-being first above anything while you are on this plan. Good luck!

DON"T SKIP A MEAL!!!! Or you will pay the price. In the last two weeks I have skipped several meals (I was sick and then I got busy at work and forgot breakfast). I am now paying the price. In my head, I thought it can't be that bad (It might be even good to skip a meal....WRONG!!!). I have not lost a pound in two weeks. I e-mailed my consultant about my last two weeks and this is what she said:

If you skip meals (not eating 3 meals per day) your body will react by storing your foods as fat. Obviously, this is want I am doing now!!!

If you eat after 9 pm you may end up going to bed on a full stomach and this way you will produces less of the human growth hormone (fat burning hormone) and that can slow your progress down. Ahhhhhh!!!!! We don't want to slow down those little suckers.

So I have been proudly saying that I haven't cheated on this diet, but what I realized is that I have cheated my body. I may not have put food into my mouth that wasn't allowed but by not following the guidelines EXACTLY I have cheated myself in a slower weight loss. So EAT....EAT....EAT!

{hi} there Everyone

:clapping3: Amylynn and Bronwyn: you girls are sooooo smart! I'm really impressed!!! {cheerleader}

Yes, you may have gone through a learning curve, but WOW, HAVE YOU LEARNED A LOT!!!

So, with that said Baredw... perhaps you can set your phone to remind you: bottom line 3 meals a day, every day. Fruit and crackers are optional - so you can leave some of these out, but not the foodies!

YOU GO GIRLS!!! {cheerleader}

On the main Forum page, second topic from the top is "1st Personal Diet Tickers" - click on that and it will take you to the window where you can design your ticker and select a PIN for it. Once you've made your choices and saved them, you will be given the option of copying a link in HTML or BB code. Copy the BB code and then go to your Control Panel page. Select "Edit Signature" at the top left, and when the window appears, paste the BB code for your ticker into the box. Preview your signature to see that it works.

Easy!
