Does anyone know WHY we can't occassionally use non-dairy creamer? it only has 10 cal per tsp, 0 fat and 1 carb. I haven't touched it but I'd really love some coffee with creamer...any ideas?
thanks

Sorry to say I don't how the why. It was the first question I asked. I have gone 8 1/2 weeks without coffee. It has not been a pretty sight. My students are begging me to start drinking it again.:devil:

I know in another post, Shasha said: "Milkwill trigger insulin and make you feel :hungry: but cheese does not have the same infect on your body." Plus, I just looked at my coffee creamer and noticed that it has corn syrup solids in it -- which I am sure translates to some type of sugar. For many years, I was on the Atkins Low Carb diet and I know that that diet did not allow coffee creamer either. Hope that helps.

Good feedback. Thanks, guys. Amylynn - I switched tea for coffee so I still get some caffeine. It's really helped me out.

Hi there :flower:Grlie
I know that you are probably going to want to shoot me for this :elmer:...
And I'm already LOL just at the thought of picturing your face (faces) when you read my reply {rofl}
But I truly believe the simplest and most effective reply to this question is going to be:
...because DR COHEN SAID SO!
:flirt: hope you're not too mad at me!
