Hi everybody,:hii:
I hate to say this but I have another question. In regards to the mayonnaise, is light and low fat the same thing? I used light mayo today, cause it was the only thing I had at the time. I probably did a no-no, so that is why I am asking. I want to make sure so I stay true to the diet. TIA.

Hi Kristi

One teaspoon of low-fat mayonnaise is allowed per day. Please note that this is a “Low-Fat” diet and not a “Fat-Free” diet

Hellman’s Real Mayo [blue] has 100 calories and 11 grams of fat a teaspoon.
:noway:
Hellman’s Light Mayo [light blue] has 50 calories and 5 grams of fat a teaspoon.
:(
Hellman’s Low Fat Mayo [green] has 15 calories and 1 grams of fat a teaspoon.
:hungry:
I am not saying that Hellman’s are the best but I found the low-fat product to be surprisingly rich and creamy for such a low calorie product.

Hope this helps.
