I weighed in this morning at 170 and that is down 11.5 pounds in the last four weeks. I'm thrilled and motivated to continue pushing my way to 140! Good luck and hang in there ladies!

At 8 weeks- Lost 11 lbs for a total of 28 and 6 inches (total of 12 inches).

Congratulations LesKiya! You too Amylynn! That's wonderful!! I just did my 4 week reporting and seeing all these other updates makes me feel much better and it feels great to know that we are not in this alone!! Thanks for keeping us posted!!

In addition to my 8 week weight loss total of 25 pounds, I also have lost 4 1/8 from my hips, 5 1/8 from my chest, and 7 inches from my waist! Thats great and I'm busy digging through all my old dressers for some older (smaller) clothes.

Isn't it fun to pull out the smaller sizes? I actually enjoy getting dress for work now. Congrats on all your inches!
