Hello all,

We got a question from a customer asking about Lipoplex and other "natural" products based on hoodia or other appetite suppressants.

I want to make it very clear that we do NOT recommend the use of any appetite suppressants, "natural" or artificial. The use of any appetite suppressants while on the program is not allowed. :noway:

The problem with ALL these products is simply that once you stop using them, you go back to bad eating habits. Please learn to eat correctly as part of your diet without using appetite suppressants as these may cause you to re-gain weight as soon as you are off this product. :peace:

Thank you Secretary,

I was wondering as I do have some Hoodia Root tea. I have not made any since I've been on diet as I had a feeling it would be a no-no. This is good information to have and makes a good point about learning to curb your appetite naturally.

hi, everybody!
hi, secretary!

i'm wondering though, as i am still and right now very often dealing with hunger (engergy is used up by sleepless nights as i face loz of worries about my little boy, TOM, problems with my big boy aso)- and i only deviate because of that hungry-feeling and not bcause i need it emotionally!!-eat big mangos, big apples (and sometimes an additional half apple), dont weigh my fruiz and have an xtra cracker once in a while.
if i wasnt so hungry i wouldnt eat anything more than i'm allowed as i dont want 2 but started 2 hate being so hungry!!

whaz best here?

Hi Cyberella

Sorry to hear about the problems .. life would be so much better without all these worries. If you happened to have one of those white nights, I suggest a nice big mug of hot herbal tea … one of those that fills with nice smell the kitchen and make you sleepy just from the smell.

Please do not use any appetite suppressants and try not to cheat :)

Sleep well!!!
