I also did the cheesy - "can fit in one leg of my old pants" when I reached my "I've lost 1/2 of my weight point"! And they are the size 20's not the 24's I was in when I started. I don't think I saved any of those.

When I am completely done with the refeed I'll have to put on my old clothes to see what that looks like - too funny. LOL, but can you tell I've lost 22" in my stomach?

Oh MY GOODNESS!!!! Thank you, thank you, thank you for sharing those. You are absolutely adorable and beautiful. If you put those pictures (before & after) next to each other I wouldn't know they were the same person. You look so happy and HEALTHY and yes, younger now! I'm glad you did the cheesy picture in your old pants. I think eveyone should have one of those when they're finished. You are truly an inspiration.:applause:

I was so shocked by your pictures that I let out a scream. My husband came running. He now joins the group that doesn't believe that you are the same person. I thank you for sharing them and your thoughts and encouragement. I have been going through a whining phase, but after seeing your pictures I am dedicated even more to finish this program and post my before and after. You must feel beautiful. Your dedication to the program is amazing. I bet they won't believe you when you renew your driver's license. Good luck on your refeeding.

I started refeed today and so far so good. As I started this diet long before this website, I have an established journal on a different website where I'll record my refeed journey. I'll post here in "my progress" when I can though!

I am in about the same boat for the amount of weight loss that you have accomplished! I just finished week 4 and have lost 52 lbs already! I LOVE this program! I am wondering if you made it to your goal in the 12 weeks.....I have my mind set on it!

if i recall correctly it took this amazing woman 9,5 months 2 change her earthly appearance completely!!

azkat this is unreal as u proved an austria saying wrong:
it says that at a certain age u have 2 decide btween butt and face- eighter one is wrinkled after or b4 a diet--

not so in your case:

the girl we see after the program has "very little" 2 do with the woman b4!!! :) literally!

It took me 3 - 12 week sessions to take off 137 lbs. I lost 54 or so lbs the first 12 too and then it slowed down a little each month after that to about 11 - 13 lbs a month starting with the 4th month I think. I have the list in "My Progress" on this forum.

You didn't say how much you have to lose, but everyone is different so it would be hard to say how long it will take. It was well worth every penny I spent! I was 100 % except on Christmas day and when I mistakenly thought pears were on the food list. Boy those pears cost me 2 -3 weeks! Read the GUIDE over and over!
