Hello All You 1st Personal Peeps!
It is my 4th week on the diet and what I thought I lost was not what I lost. However my measurements changed as I can fit into older lesser fat clothes... :) So I am not going to invalidate that! So in the meantime I am going to not skip meals as I had skipped some meals...not good. So there you go.
Here is to lesser fat as time goes on!:praying:

Hi MrsTheta! Welcome to the hot spot :party1:
That's right, do not negate the progress you have made! Just take the time to plan your life so that you can stick to it and get all your meals in. :flirt: I did the same thing for a few days because of work and recovering from being sick and it's not good. Check out some of the cool recipes and with a little preparation you'll be fine.
In the meantime, you'll have TONS of support right here (see, told ya!) {grouphug1}
Keep us posted on your progress, too!

Hi MrsTheta!
Yes - Welcome to the boards and to our circle of dieters. We've all had our ups and downs, but you must focus on the positive which is sounds like you are. Remember any loss is good loss and I'm glad you are focusing on the fact that your clothes are fitting more loosely. Bye bye fat!!

{hi} there Mrstheta
A very WARM WELCOME!!! :bighug:
Like everyone on the Forum you're a WORK OF ART IN PROGRESS, and, as such, there is always room for improvement...
Having all your meals is very important - if you find you get so caught up in what you are doing that you actually forget to eat, how about setting yourself an alarm reminder on your cell phone? Remember, you are important enough to make your healthy your number 1 priority!
Please do tell us a bit more about you: like, where you are from? How much weight would you like to loose? We'd really like to get to know you better!
HAPPY & SUCCESSFUL SLIMMING TO YOU!!!
We are really glad that you have come to join us!!!{cheerleader}

Hello...well my partner in crime is WorthyQueen.....we started together..however she started a couple weeks later than I. I live in beautiful sunny Clearwater. I look forward to loosing this extra weight for sure....I would love tips on seasoning the meat and fish...
Everything is all good....I went out and bought all my groceries and made sure I have enough for what I need to eat....you really have to prep your food for sure and be ready...that is the secret to success really and making sure you keep the food interesting. :)

Why thank you MrsTheta,
Yes - It feels GREAT to have lost this much and it's still coming off. I have compliments almost daily from everyone, even my husband who sees me every day is amazed that I look smaller all the time. The best part is getting dressed for the day. I used to hate it and now I look forward to it because I can fit into cuter clothes and the clothes are fitting so well. I have bought a few smaller items and they FIT!! When I started the diet I was wearing a size med-large top and size 10-12 pants. The pants are hard because my belly is the problem area and I always need the bigger size to fit around, but my butt & legs are skinny. Now I'm wearing (comfortably) medium tops all the way and they fit perfectly and/or a little loose and size 6 pants which are a bit snug in the belly but do fit and are a little too loose on my skinny butt and legs. It's been a very wonderful experience and is inspiring me to keep going until the end. You'll get there too - You'll see!

hehe. See, MrsTheta - I told you the recipes were fabulous! :party1: Thanks for the call earlier, that was good ;)
Bronwyn, That is so wonderful! I can't wait to feel like that when I get dressed in the morning! I'm still at that, "Ugh, i have to get dressed again." stage. It is very inspiring to see all these succeses though.
Thanks to all for sharing! MrsTheta, we'll be sportin' a string bikini in the summer, just watch! Okay, maybe not a string bikini even if we could - but something close ;)
hehe.
