Hi Everyone!

Well today I just completed my 1st week and I had to step on the scale, couldn't wait a month, and I needed the positive reinformcement and I got it...lost 5 lbs and am very pleased. So far so good. My goal is to loss a total of 30 pounds! The one problem I'm having is how to be creative when cooking my dinners. If anyone has any recipes they would share that would be great. I'm use to cooking with sauces and since we aren't allowed that I looking for ways to flavor my food. I did buy a spice lemon and pepper for chicken and a steak spice, but hoping someone has come up with other good ways to flavor the food. I just don't want to get bored with the food. I love reading all the post and all the positive feedback from everyone. It really helps to keep you going. :)

Congrats! I like balsmaic vinegar with some garlic as my salad dressing. I don't use it every day but I definitely like it. I used lots of pepper and sometimes lemon.

I love using the recipe for italian dressing on my salad and as a maranade. I was really shocked it tastes just like store bought!! I have found adding tomatoe to dishes really adds flavor (chicken spagehettie last night was yummy). I am starting to use lots of spices...I feel like a chef :o)
