View Full Version : How long did it take you to get to refeed??

Hi, everyone ~

I just registered for my second 12 weeks on the plan. I'm down 42 lbs. to date, which is absolutely WONDERFUL, but it made me think: if I only lose another 42 lbs. in the next 12 weeks, I'll have to order for a 3rd session. (I have to lose 66 more lbs. to get to goal). It seems like a daunting task, so I started wondering about all of you in refeed now (particularly those who had more weight to lose). Some questions:

1. How long did it take for you to get to refeed? Did any of you have to go for a third session?

2. In that 2nd 12 weeks, did you plateau or did the loss speed up at all?

3. Did you do anything differently in your second 12 weeks in order to lose more than you did the first 12 weeks?

I'm not getting discouraged, but I would like to think that losing that last 60+ lbs. in this next session will be able to be achieved. Any thoughts or words of wisdom?

Thanks!
Elizabeth

For most people, I have noticed, the weight loss slows down in each session. The body doesn't want to give up all that fat in a hurry. Chances are you will have to sign up for a 3rd session, as I have just signed up for my 4th session. I am hoping that this one is it, but I will not go without refeed, so whatever it takes is what I will do. Hang in there, it is soooooo worth it.

I've very interested in this subject too - I have just dropped my first stone but I cannot see how I can possibly drop the remaing 3 I have to go in another 8 weeks regardless of how 'magical' this diet is. I will need another 12 week session at least. Has ANYBODY ever made their target weight in 12 weeks?

Thanks,
RSX
PS Make no mistake I am happy with the diet and will stick it through but it would be nice to know just how long and how much cash I have to spend to get there
