I am finishing up my second day on re-feed and am wondering if anyone else had a problem with hunger on this portion of the diet. I know part of the problem is that I ate pineapple on the first day and nearly right after I was starving. This morning was similar, but I had blueberries. Not so bad, but I was still hungry well before lunch and ended up eating a small apple about 1 1/2 hour after the blueberries. Is it just the fruit?

Anyway, I lost a pound yesterday and am now 1 pound below my goal! I was afraid I wouldn't lose more weight once I started this portion of the diet, but am very pleased so far with the results. Hoping for another loss tomorrow. We'll see. :)

Hi Nina,
Congratulations on reaching Refeed! Yes, I was hungry the first few days on Refeed, in fact I was starving the last week on the plan and the first days on Refeed. It will pass by the end of the 1st week or the beginning of the 2nd week you'll feel better.
