i just want to share for you newbies
the importance of buying great leak-proof tupperware
the awesomeness of cucumber infused water--for when you just can't seem to drink any more and your cotton mouth won't subside.
the power of garlic
the savoryness of chilled cantelope
and keeping a journal to motivate yourself, therapize yourself, and get to the bottom of why you deserve this more than why you think you won't make it.
anybody else got some good diet tips for newbies?

Fage yogurt...as good as dessert! (0% fat mixed w/sweetner)
Or Fuji apples with saltines and Coke Zero.
Oh, write a blog on the website if you aren't doing a journal. That way everyone can share in what you are going through...and of course, it's therapeutic. :)

Mango and orange smoothies or mango and peaches smoothies. 1/2 serving of each fruit mixed with one 12 oz can of Sprite Zero! My favorite thing!
I eat my breakfast at my house before work and then take my smoothie with me in my Jeep on the way to work. That also gives me something to fidget with my first hour of my shift as well. I usually make one at breakfast and one for dessert after dinner! :)
AMEN on Pink Lady apples. I also ADORE Honeycrisp apples. About 2.49 a lb and very hard to find, but DANG are they amazing! Of course with cinnamon and Stevia. Delightful snack. Also great baked in the oven (in recipe section)
Ziploc bags are your friend.
3 Gal jugs of water keep me motivated through the day. I MUST drink at least 1 liter by end of lunch. Other liter before I leave work. Then I can have tea or extra coffee. I must "EARN" the coffee. LOL
Trader Joes has an amazing selection of Cohens foods. Wish I had one closer to me!
I use too much garlic to peel my own cloves. I buy pre-minced garlic, in water. Cheaper too.
A good pepper grinder is your best friend.
Walmart has the best price on soda (here by me at least). Usually 2.50 a 12 pack
A good digital scale makes life so much easier
