Hi everyone!
So i'm officially done with my first week! So I must say there were a few moments when I thought I was gonna go crazy, lol, but all in all, it really hasn't been as bad as I thought. I'm really gonna stick to it! I'm so excited and inspired! Ok 11 more weeks left to the new me! Yay!!!!:applause::applause::applause:

The first week was the worst!!! LOL. It got much easier for me after the first 2 weeks. The past few weeks have flown by. It's just a lifestyle now. Keep up the great work Kris!! WOO HOO!!!!!!!!

Good job Kris I remember my first week I had a major blow up real grouchy and moody for about the first 3 day's of it and then got my mind straight and now look 8 weeks in and I couldnt feel better.So have you noticed if clothes are looser on you yet? I went shopping with the wife for mothers day and I decide to try on size 38 jean's and OMG they fit. Just keep on thinking about the nice new summer clothes we can wear when the journey is over that's what keeps me going :) :) :).
