OMG,
I cant believe the 8th week is finally here it doesnt even feel like a diet anymore it's like normal everyday living for me now.But dont get me wrong iI have been foaming at the mouth for a pizza or olive garden or Panera Bread but all in do time. i don't even think i could eat a whole meal at olive garden or any of those other places. Well here are the results for the 8th week lost 15 more lbs not sure on measurements have to get wife to help with that one but i also now in a size 38 jeans i havent worn those since my senior year in high school:party1::.

Woo-hoo!!! That is amazing...good job! I was excited to do my 8 week weigh-in, too. Definately do your measurements, I know it's great to see the pounds come off, but I think you'll be even more excited to see exactly how many inches you lost...it's crazy good!
We only have 27 more days in our first 12 week program, doesn't it seem like we just started?!?
Any favorite meals or tips that you love? Or things that have motivated you?

Wow Jay!!! 38's!!!! That's fantastic! That's even more exciting than 57 pounds! At size 38 you can shop at pretty much any store now! That's going to feel amazing! Congrats on the diet feeling like your new routine. That's the best accomplishment of all. I'm only on week 5 but my realization I had was I should fill up on a nice big salad before my main course when going out (of course this is when I hit maintenance) then I can have some pasta or whatever it is that I want. I won't overindulge that way and I still get the taste of whatever it is I want. I think that's how skinny people do it! LOL

I have plenty of meal idea's I just need to get off my lazy butt and post them but it is kinda hard when i come home from work every day and I'm sore and can barely move. This weekend I will sit down and write out all my recipe idea's so you all can see them. As far as what has motivated me is getting to be thinner than my Brother who is currently at 230 lbs and I made a bet that I would be skinnier than him by summer as he is trying to do that P90X weight loss thing which I think is garbage and with all the junk food and beer on the weekends I say good luck dude. :P Thanks you guy's for the kind word's of motivation and hopefully we all can post before and after pics when we are all done with our journey.

Jay, awesome!!! How great for you! It's hard to believe we've come this far in just 8 short weeks, huh? (I'm down a total of 30 lbs.) I know what you mean about the pizza, and funny you mentioned Olive Garden. I was just talking about the breadsticks today! I don't think I could now eat the quantities that used to be so "normal" for me. Pasta has been the hardest for me (and here I thought it would chocolate, cookies, and chips). Good luck on your next four weeks! Woo-hoo!

I think there are different diets for different people. A lot of people I know can't handle this diet...but there are diets they do that I couldn't handle, so I wouldn't write off what they do so easily ;P
57 pounds already! Check that out! That's pretty good!
