Well, here I am, done week one, and feeling pretty good. Went to a tupperware party last night...and they made ice cream. :) You know, I thought it'd be hard to resist, but it really wasn't. I so am not wanting to cheat, cuz I want this diet done as soon as it can be. :)

I have decided to keep track weekly, mostly because I'm curious on my weight loss. I really noticed the inches lost today when I put my jeans on...fresh from the laundry and they didn't feel super tight, and I had to do my belt up to the next loop. So, yah, I'm determined.

That is great Faith. I am almost done with my first week, and I have found it isn't so hard to say no when people tempt me. Keep it up and you will be done with this before you know it

Great job on week 1! You will be surprised on how quickly it will go by. I can't believe that I'm almost done with week 8. You'll be there before you know it! And you will continually be delighted with all the constant little changes with your body. Stick to program & you'll see the changes...so will those around you. The nice thing is that even though I would consider that I have a big sweet tooth, I haven't had any cravings or been hungry on this program. If you need food ideas check out the recipe forums, there's some great ideas.
