Hi everyone!

I haven't been on much lately - sorry 'bout that! It's been crazy busy around here.

Anyway - I just wanted to report that this morning I hit the half-way point!!!!!! :party1: I've lost 40 and have 40 to go!

Wow! I NEVER thought I'd make it this far. Back when I started, I thought that April seemed soooooo far off. Now it seems like it's been no time at all since I had that first "Cohen meal."

Also, I just purged my closet! What an AWESOME feeling that is! Everything that no longer fits me, I tossed it in the "Goodwill" bag! It was funny - some things I thought "maybe I should hang on to that - just in case." But that thought lasted for about a millisecond and I said "I'm NEVER going to fit into that again!"

Woo Hoo!!!!! :party1::party1::party1:

Thanks for being there!

Thanks for popping in to share your progress with us!! I can't wait until I am at the halfway point and I get to purge my closet too. What are you doing about new clothes?

Hi All!

It's been a while. Crazy, insanely busy lately! I hit 60 pounds lost this morning. I have to admit, the last month or so has been challenging to stay on the plan. I weigh less than I have in many many years, I fit very comfortably into size 10 (sometimes an 8) and I feel absolutely GREAT! So much energy! I find myself actually wanting to exercise much more than I am able to while on the diet. I get comments from so many people about two things really: 1. is that I look great and 2. is that I shouldn't lose anymore weight or I'd risk being too skinny. Whoa! That one has never been said to me in my ENTIRE life!

So, with all of that and summer sneaking up on me, and being tempted to go out to dinner once in a while, and my friend having just gone through refeed and being able to eat "normal", I find myself easily swayed and I have an almost daily debate with myself to keep going or to stop. I'd like to get on with life at this point, but I also have that "baby pouch" I'd like to get rid of still, and my thighs are bigger than I'd like. So, that is currently my driving force to keep going. At this point, I am only 5 pounds from being able to order refeed, so what the heck! Of course, the way it's been going, that will take me another 2 weeks to get there. Ugh!

WOW! That is awesome! Congrats!

I know the summer will be harder but you can stick with it!

Celebrate your success so far! That really is amazing!
