Good morning (good day/good evening) everyone!! Today is the first day of my fourth week.. I'm unsure if the 4 week weigh in is typucally done at the beginning or the end o the week, but I will probably go ahead and weigh at the end unles someone tells me otherwise. I know I've lost weight- my pants slipped down in the airport over th weekend and I had no free hands right away so I'm sure some poor soul got an eye full. I was looking at photos of when I was 160 and it wasnt so bad! That will be my first sigh of relief when I hit that mark!

Anyway I wanted to ask if anyone ever lifts light weights or does anything to clean up that lose skin while on the diet. My pragnancy belly is gone finally but I'm more concerned about the parts that are seen. I would love to tone up the part of my arms where my jnderarm meets my arm. Lifting weights isnt prohibited, is it? Doe anyone have any skin secrets. My dermatologist auggests using vitamin b on skin to prevent stretch marks while losing weight, and I swear by a gel called Bring Up The Rear for cellulite. I also ordered Reebok EasyTones just to wear around work. I work in a pediatric hospital and am on my feet ALL day (well now I am actually sitting on my phone typing this, but I'm typically on my feet!) so I figured it couldn't hurt!

Does anyone have any insight on toning/skin issues while on our diet? Thanks!
-Rachel

You are completely right about weighing yourself at the end of the 4th week. Congratulations on the airport flash! I had a similar experience at the library and then the grocery store; flashed my underpants. I just kept it positive 1) I was wearing underpants (I know a few who don't) 2) the program is working 3) the underpants were cute. I was actually wondering the same thing about my jiggly arms/underarms. I've read a couple of entries where people talk about the loose skin and for the most part, the recommendation seems to be lotion; specifically a firming lotion. Don't worry about the typos, I am sure I have more than a few in here too.
