Free updates to your program if needed during your 12 week program.
During your 12 week program, you may need to make small changes to your program, based on your progress or additional blood test results.

The unique re-feeding program at the end of your program.
Please see the next FAQ about the re-feeding.

2. What is ‘re-feeding’ and how and when do I request it?

The re-feeding program is the last phase of Dr. Cohen’s program. It is made of 14 – 28 different daily menus that you will be instructed to have on the last days of your diet by increasing slowly the quantities and variety of your food in a moderated and controlled manner. Your re-feeding will be uniquely made for you. Dr. Cohen will calculate the re-feeding days you need to take, based on your last blood test result.

The re-feeding is applicable only if you have reached your target weight. Based on the terms of this program, you cannot request the re-feeding unless you reached your target weight during your 12 weeks program. The re-feeding will not help you unless you are at your target weight and requesting it for future use is no good as it is based on your last blood test report. Please note that blood profiles keep changing.

The re-feeding is not guaranteed at the end of your program as not all customers can possibly lose all their access weight in just 12 weeks. For that reason, we provide customers who want to continue their program with a renewal option at a reduced price of $179 for another 12 weeks.

If you are 5 lbs / 2 Kg from your target weight during your 12 week program – send your consultant a message requesting your re-feeding and provide your current weight.

3. Is the re-feeding provided automatically at the end of my 12 weeks program?

No. The re-feeding is a deliverable only if you have reached your target weight during your 12 week program. Remember, the re-feeding will not help you if asked when you are still overweight as your re-feeding is written based on your last blood test results.

4. How many blood tests do I need to take on this program?

Two blood tests: (1) The initial blood test to enable Dr. Cohen to write your diet program and (2) a follow up blood test after four weeks on the program.

If you have not reached your target weight and renewed your program for another 12 weeks, you will be asked to take another two blood tests: (1) After you renew your program and (2) after four weeks. Again, two blood tests for each 12 weeks session.

5. Where can I take the blood tests?

You may take your blood test anywhere you want. We do offer a link to a lab service in your country / state or a list of labs in your area, if applicable. Referral letter from Dr. Cohen will be provided if needed. The costs of the blood test vary between countries and labs.

6. How do you receive the results?

Most labs will fax us the results or provide the information electronically. If you know the lab cannot send us the results directly, you may fax us a copy of the results.

7. How do I receive the program from you?

You will receive the program links by email to the email address you have provided.
