Kmac, You are absolutely gorgeous!! Thank you for sharing!!
Hi All,
I'm still not loving my pictures posted, I wish I was a picture lover- I love taking pictures not posing for them, but if it can
help a DC'er believe they can do this - its ok with me.
I remember looking at pictures almost everyday, and thinking... can I do this? Losing the weight is a day to day process- everyday you deposit a little more into the diet and you might not see results that you want but believe me its working. I've learned to have patiences while on this journey- it will work, just do the work.
Good luck :)
Hi KMac - regardless of how you feel about the pictures, you are a stunningly beautiful woman.
I agree 100% with you on how the diet changes who you are. It is so much more than just losing the weight... it's realizing that I have the control to lose the weight... I also was in control when I gained the weight. I have control. As you have wisely said before, there is so much peace that comes as a bi-product of the diet. For me, the peace is most realized in that place where I used to beat myself up for being fat. Geez, that was like a 50 pound loss of excess baggage right there! I created a new body for myself and I have accepted responsibility for keeping the body I want.
I am so glad to have experienced this path with you - you're so cool.
