Hi All
I completed week two. I dont ususally eat all three fruits or all 6 crackers but yesterday I was really hungry after dinner so I had the remainer of fruits and crackers. Is that ok? to have all of that in one sitting? I mean I did not go over my daily requirements but I was not sure if that was ok. I also noticed things that I want to eat like cookies or chocolate, I just hand it over to my husband,( I know thats terrible,but somehow it helps me..even if I am not eating it as long as someone is eating it!!..Am I a terrible person????)
Also arond how many pounds of weight loss does your dress sizes start to change....I cant wait!

I dont think that you can have more than 2 crackers in a sitting...how many crackers did you eat?

I had four. I know that I cant more than two for each meal ,but I was not sure if I could skip having the crackers with my meal but rather have then together as a snack if I felt hungry, or felt like indulging...

If I am hungry between meals, I use my fruit and cracker allowance to supplement until the next meal.
