So... I have been off the diet now for almost 3 months and I'm gaining the weight back because I'm eating like I used to with was horrible. I am beating up myself about ruining all the hard work I put in for three months. Any ways I was wondering if doing my previous diet plan would still work because it's so hard to pay. And yes I know it's worth it so I will hve to find a way but if I could still use my other one that be of great. I'd live to know your opinions and if anyone has tried to go back on a previous meal plan before an if it worked. Thanks :)

I first started the diet last March with only 34 pounds to lose. I lost 5 pounds during my first week and from that point on I started sabotaging myself. I figured that I could still eat some things that I really wanted and lose weight because I so easily lost that first 5 pounds...not the case at all, but at least I didn't gain any more weight than what I had originally started at. I really only lost those 5 pounds.

Then I signed up again in October. My diet was almost exactly the same. I did have some differences in food allowances. Yours might be different though. I was kind of half doing the diet all along and then I got back to the point where my jeans felt like sausage casings on my thighs. Now I think I finally have it down though I will have to add another 12 weeks as I have 19 pounds to go.
