Greetings all!

I just passed my 4-week mark today, with a loss of 25 pounds - a nice round number.

So far so good. Worst problem for me is nights - I can go all day and the diet satisfies me, but at night I start to feel empty. Wish I were the go-to-bed-early type!

Wow 25 good for you!! You must feel so proud, keep up the great work.
Nights can be hard, I save a fruit for night time.
If you want something salty & sweet try peeling an apple ( I like Granny Smiths) slice it up, put it in a frying pan, spray (with PAM or olive oil), slice up & put apple in pan, add cinnaminn & a half a can of diet coke. If the DC starts to evaporate add some more DC.
Its like eating the inside of an apple pie, so good! I eat it with my 4 saltines- I love it and it helps me out for that little treat I need.
