Start of day 4 and I'm psyched! So glad my friend told me about this program! I haven't really even been hungry as long as I get all my food in! Biggest thing is keeping focused and planning and preparing food ahead I find! Less room to cheat! Mindless snacking has always been an issue....much on stuff whether I'm really hungry or not just cuz its there...or maybe I'm craving something sweet or salty. NOT because I'm hungry though. Have tried numerous diet plans in the past but none have been successful with just changing what I eat...so this is impressive. I do plan to start back exercising when I reach my goal...ice been out of THAT habit way top long! Best of luck to everyone. Have an awesome Day! Not gonna again in between weeks (that's my PLAN) but I had to peek today...down 4 lbs...very encouraging!
