Wow! That is so amazing! You look FABULOUS!! What a difference! It always amazes me to see such huge differences from a before and after picture compared side by side.
Amazing! And you've kept it off for a year. Congratulations, Sharon!

Thanks heaps guys, it means so much but I have to be honest I'm not as light as what I was in these photos, but I'm not far off and determined to get back there following the Cohen rules cos I did love being called 'Tiny Mum' by my boys. And after your great comments - I have the warm fuzzes and even more motivated.
And Shasha I was just thinking of Pumbza last week and sent out a note just in case he peaks in to visit us - you never know.

{hi} there Sharon
Now that the holidays and food festivities are something of the past, please do your very best to lose any excess that you may have gained as fast as possible… if you don’t, you know what will happen with excess fat…
Those horrid little fat cells go out and find friends!! {noway} do we want that to happen!!
Besides, there is a “Tiny Mum” just waiting inside of you, bursting to get out!!
Down with that fat {pan}
PS: Great minds think alike :bighug: I am so glad that you are still here!

Thanks Shasha I am well on the way to restoring myself to my post photos.
I have a positive Mantra I use to keep myself on track and give me the warm fuzzies, and for me it really helps and that is
"I LOVE BEING A TINY MUM" for my teenage boys.
