8 week weigh-in

Hi fellow losers,
Well, I find myself at the end of 8 week fitting comfortably into a size 34"w pair of Levis. I started the diet squeezing into a size 38". I feel like a great weight has been lifted...from my back! I'm down 25 pounds with 10 more to go. It feels great and my feet are much happier. I'm sure they will be jumping for joy when the next 10 pounds come off. I hope this message find you all well and losing.

25 pounds is very heavy - I recommend you try to find something of equal weight and lift it up then imagine carrying this extra weight with you all the time.

Please keep up the good work in order to loose those last 10 pounds as soon as possible!!!
