When you first set up your ticker there was a link that you should have kept track of either by writing it down or saving it as an internet favorite.

You need that link (and the password you first set it up with) to be able to change your ticker information.

It's very easy to update if you still have that link.

If you don't have the link, you might have to redo it and create a new ticker to use.
