Hey all!! I weighed in yesterday morning and down a total of 27 pounds from my starting weight, dare I say it - 270 pounds.

I'm now clearly under 250 pounds and so close to being under 240, I'm so anxious and excited to see those numbers going down!! I did have a couple of bad days these past four weeks, not food wise, but more like choco-chocoholic attacks! Honestly, for me, having refrained for so long I think has definitely been a plus for me, and I'm going to keep going as is and refrain harder from the "sweets." I really think if it weren't for the indulging moment, my weight loss could have been a little more. I'm not disappointed though, as I know this diet WORKS!!!

Mrs. Peel - I've been slacking on getting on and checking the blogs, but CONGRATS ON YOUR WEIGHT LOSS!!

I have this sweatshirt that I bought at my biggest weight and I keep wearing it every now and then just to remind me where I was when I started, because now it is like "too big" and it feels good to know that something is loose on me. :party1:

I can't wait to see where I'll be in the next 4 weeks and then I'll have to re-up for another 12 weeks without a doubt as I still have 83.5 pounds to go before my goal weight.

I feel great though am so looking forward to a better and healthier summer with my kids this year -

{congrats} to everybody on their successes and achievements for a new and healthier you in 2008!! {grouphug1}

{congrats}

That's awesome progress Iggyjoh40! I salute you!!

Don't you just love wearing those baggy clothes! It reminds you how far you've come and keeps you motivated. Sort of like getting on the scales - except wearing your "old you" clothes is something you can do everyday. I've got a pair of jeans that I can slip on and off without undoing them! Makes me laugh!

And what an awesome image you've got for summer, being better and healtheir with your kids. Another great thing to keep you motivated I too have similar images of actually feeling comfortable enough to go to a pool with my kids.

Keep on keeping on!

Congrats Iggyjoh40!!! That is awesome!! You are doing so well and that is great you are so motivated to keep going. {motorcycle}Your choco-chocolate cravings are so natural. I have found that I keep dreaming that I am cheating and I wake up so relieved that it was just a dream. :praying:There you go though, that this diet even works in our subconscious scaring the beejeezus out of me to stick to the plan 100%. In my dreams I get so upset with myself if I even lick a spoon with peanut butter on it! Keep going girl! You are going to have one heck of a summer this year!!:party3:
