Hello,
I officially start my diet plan tomorrow. I have been prepping mentally, because I need to plan ahead in order for this to be a success. It will take a little bit of time to get used to, but once I get going, it should be quite simple. I am looking forward to losing some weight and get some motivation. Wish Me Luck! And let's see if I can figure out how to include my trakker on here like everyone else.

Welcome Daizygirl! Make sure you check out the recipes on this forum. There are lots of good ones here and it will help make the program less boring. Do you like garlic? I eat so much garlic that I haven't had any colds and I'm sure the bugs are staying away from me because of it...LOL!
Stay 100%, drink all of your water and ask your consultant any questions about foods or spices that are not mentioned on your guide. You will read this over and over. LOL! We are here to support you and keep you motivated.

Welcome aboard Daizygirl! I started a little over a week ago, it was little hard for me at first. Now that I'm approaching the end of my second week it's feeling a little easier. But I can't lie... it's been very hard for me to prepare meals for my family and myself. I'm so use to tasting the food I cook because I don't measure... everything is "to taste" when I cook. So the temptations are always there. So this week I bought precooked meals for them to see if it was easier. It sure was easier, but I'm sure not to healthy for my family. Last night was my first time cooking a meal from scratch for them. So earlier that day I got myself all motivated by reading everyones messages here and that helped me get through that meal. They had no complaints so I guess it was good. This board has been very helpful for me and I'm sure it will be helpful to you also.

Oh yeah!!! Please let me know if you figure out how to show your ticker. I obviously didn't do mine right because it's not showing. I thought I did everything the instructions says. But it keeps showing what you see now. I need "ticker" directions for dummies. HELP SOMEONE! Good Luck with yours!

Welcome!
I am also new, I just finished my first week and IMO it wasn't as difficult as I thought it would be. I am sitting here stuffed from my Cohen approved dinner, and I finished my 2 liters of water before 3pm!
Be sure to ask your consultant anything and everything if you are unsure. Never assume that something is ok to eat.
Good luck!

Welcome welcome!!!!
This diet is amazing, and it really does get MUCH easier after the first 5 days or so.
I was telling my husband last night even though I have to be more thoughtful about planning my meals on this diet, I actually think about food LESS.
It's wonderful to feel so good!
Come back often for insight and support, and keep us posted!!!

I'm so excited for you. I'm finishing week 2 and have dropped 15lbs. Keep coming back to this forum for motivation. What helps me is looking at some of the folks before and after pics knowing that I will look like them in a few months.

The diet is indeed working for me. I have lost approximately 7 lbs in the first week. More importantly, I can fit into pants that I could not fit into before, that would stop at my thighs. I am now getting used to this diet, trying some of the recipes, and am planning my meals in advance, cooking in advance, and find it easier now. I am on my 11th day and feel great.
