Hi everyone,

I have been lurking around here for the past couple weeks waiting for my guide to arrive and I just got it yesterday!

My start date is September 18th, so I am going to go do my shopping and get my food scale today...try for an early start tomorrow :)

Like my name says, I want to be fit by 26 ( in 10 months):weights2:
My goal weight is 110-120 pounds and I can't remember every being that tiny. I have always been comfortable around 130-150 pounds before I have my son 4 years ago where I shot up to 200+ during pregnancy...and it never came off.

Thank you for all the inspiration, I am ready to start my journey to lose 101 pounds!

Welcome to the Forum!

Don't forget to check out all the yummy recipes offered here. It sure makes this program a ton more interesting and keeps you from getting bored.

We are going to want to see pictures of you, so set aside a nice before shot and give us the progress shots. They can be so inspirational to all of us.

If you stay 100% on this program the weight will just drop off of you. One of our gals lost 50 pounds in the 12 weeks! That's amazing! We all lose at different rates, so don't get discouraged if you don't seem to be losing as quickly as others. Just stay on the program 100% and remember to drink the 2 liters (1 liter = 32 ounces) of water every day. We are here to give you support so come back and visit us often. :)

I know how that goes with packing on the pounds after kids. I have 2 and it has been a struggle to loose weight until I found this program.
You are going to feel great once you start. Keep coming back for motivation.
