Thanks to everyone for your kind words. I just got back from my trip to Florida. I went fishing, snorkeling, saw dolphins and so much more. Here are some more after pics. I stayed on track for the most part. My brother is a great cook and he would ask how much was I supposed to have and then weigh my food. I also made sure that I took all my food with my on the boat and on the plane ride both ways. If you want this bad enough, it is up to you and only you to make it happen. Chris

You look FABULOUS in these very fun pictures! These get me to really want to go diving. I am hoping to find someone to join me on a dive trip to Roatan before the year is up. I am looking forward to showing off my new body and trying it out scubadiving. You know... I don't float like I used to...LOL!
Glad you had a good time. Looks like you did well with your food too.

Chris... You look absolutely BEAUTIFUL! Isn't it fun??? I'm still trying to get used to the fact that I'm in a Size 6 wearing a Size Small!! What?! That's just crazy!! When will the day come when we feel that it is our normal size instead of "I'm shocked I'm wearing this" size? You know what I mean?? I'm holding onto it and not letting it go!

That is so Cool! Doesnt that feel Great!!!! What a feeling to be at your goal weight and shop in the normal stores. I cant wait till I get there. Do you know if you have a 100#'s to lose can that really be done in the first 12 weeks or do most people have to do the program more than once?
Aqua Eyes
10-02-2009, 08:09 PM
Hi Kimmie,
Most people have to do the program more than just the 12 weeks that have more than 50 pounds to lose, however, I have seen some folks actually lose half or more than half of the weight they need to lose in their first 12 weeks. That's a lot of weight very quickly in just 3 months! If you stay 100% and drink all of your water, you could see fabulous results that you wouldn't otherwise with other programs. So prove me wrong! ;)

Kimi, I''m so gald you asked that question!!! I was also wondering if anyone can lose the weight in the 12 weeks!!! AquaEyes you are always so full of inspiration!!! Prove me worng!! LOL. Kimi the gauntlet has been thrown, all eyes on you girl!! Good luck. :weights2:

Okay your way too Funny! I am really going to try we will see, but I have a feeling I will need some more time! But I feel GREAT:weights2: Thanks Ladies.
Hi Kimmie,
When I started I had 84 pounds to lose- which seemed unbelievable to me- I could never lose that much weight..blah,blah,blah- But as the pounds kept falling off- my negative thoughts seemed to get smaller and smaller. I put a lot of pressure on the 12 weeks because I didnt want to fail- it seemed like my 12 weeks were going to fast for me to lose all the weight- I was wishing time would slow down so I could lose more & more before the 12 weeks- by the 11th week I was bumbed out because I need more time and it felt like I failed and my friends on the message boards wrote- so you need more time -- big deal, you've got 12 weeks under your belt - keep going! As soon as I acknowledged it was OK- for me to need more time it let me enjoy this journey more.
4 weeks ago I signed up for my 3rd session- I will hit my target weight within this session and I am happy of all the discovery's I have made about myself and all my diet buddies too. I spent a life time with quick fix diets- I feel losing the way I did is healthy & believe it or not I get so many compliments on my skin, and I know its because I'm eating healthy and losing at a nice pace.
So if your on this path for 12,24 or however long it takes, enjoy the journey :)

It really does go fast and I figure that time is going to go by anyway, but yet I was doing something about my weight problem while it did. This program also becomes such a routine and a habit, at least it did for me, that you just stop thinking about it. That comes a little ways in, but it really does come.
Also setting smaller goals and rewards along the way will make it alot more manageable. When I reach this I will give myself xxxxx. It gets more and more fun, especially when you start buying smaller sizes.

Kimi, I think once we get it into our minds that what we are doing is a complete change for life, we won't have any more problems. I remember reading somewhere that it takes 40 days to create a habit. I'm hoping that when I get to 40 days all this will be a habit and I won't go back to my wicked ways!!!! But I'm still watching you!!! LOL !! Sam:party1:

In 2, but really don't worry about that. You will be in the zone when it comes time for the next 12. Time really does fly and the time is going to pass anyways, might as well be doing something about it. Hang in there, you will be fine.
Chris
Wow!! I am so motivated by your pics! 6 months..thats awrsome! Did you add exercise to the diet?
