When on the re-feeding are we able to add other items like red bell peppers, Chile powder, and yellow mustard?

Good question! I just asked my consultant that very question. I'll let you know what the response is.

lol thanks. I was also wondering when I can eat more onions at a meal. I have been limited to 20g a day. That's not nearly enough of those little yummies!
I thought it would be so wonderful to eat the 'bad' fruit and bread but when it came time. I find myself too full from my protein and veggies though. I have yet to eat any fruit other then apples and peaches, and I don't ever eat all the bread I'm allowed. I ate lunch 2.5 hours ago and I can't even imagine being hungry for dinner let alone the snacks I'm allowed to eat.

Firecat, you're doing Refeed!!! Great news! I read in another thread that you're in day 9! Congratulations!
I don't want to spoil your party girls, but everything from the original diet stays the same and that includes the amount of vegetables, especially tomato and onions.

I hope you caught my posting under my progress to the consultants about all of the questions I had about refeed. Most everything I asked about says I can have these things after refeed.

I'm glad to see you have all the same questions I do. I had to sit down and make a daily schedule of what I'm going to eat so I don't mess up. It's too close to the finish line to screw things up now. Good luck and happy re-feed to all of you.

I have a total of 22 days of refeeding. Next Friday I'll be done. I'm very scared about that. I'm worried my stomach will stretch out and I'll slowly get used to eating a lot of food. Right now I stuggle to eat the proteins and veggies. I rarely eat the fruit and bread since I'm too full. I can have milk today and just the thought makes me want to gag.:hypnotic:
However today I'm celebrating my 50th birthday with a piece of cake! I'll need to make adjustments in what I eat for the next few day but it shouldn't be too hard since I'm having a hard time eating what Im supposed to anyways. The left over cake will go to my neiighbor so that I wont be tempted to eat it after today.:weights:
Thanks Dayanira, my consultant also told me I couldn't eat more tomato and onions. He also said chilie and red bell peppers wil lhave to wait until I'm done with refeeding. But that's what scares me. After refeeding do we stop weighing our food and just eyeball it?
Happy Birthday, Firecat! I think you gave yourself the best birthday present ever!! Congratulations.

Thank you for the happy birthdays! I ate cake with a little ice cream. I had about a 4x4 piece of cake around 5pm. I forgot I should hve had it after lunch so it was with carbs. Anyway, i ate it and it was heavenly! I did feel bloated and slightly uncomfortable the rest of the day but it was worth it. I couldn't eat dinner though which was supposed to be at 7 pm. I was simply too full from the cake.:innocent4:
Thank goodness I was 3 pounds under target weight when I had the cake. Today I'm still 2 pounds under so all is well!
