Hi All,
Just wanted to make a quick post and let you know that I survived!!! YAY!!!! I went on a weekend vacation... 7 hours in the car, stayed in a hotel, went out to dinner and NO DEVIATION!!!!! I won't say it was easy because it wasn't. My non dieting friends were snacking on donuts, chips, bagels, and stopping on the way to and from our destination at my favorite fast food restaurants. They even kept offering me some of their food!!!! What's up with that?!?!?!?! LOL!!!! Talk about torture!!!! I am so proud of myself that I stayed strong and stuck to my Cohen diet. I brought all my own food, which made the trip a lot cheaper!!! LOL!!!! Just thought I'd share my success.
Have a great week everyone :party1:!!!!

CALI GIRL!!!!!!
WAY TO GO!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! My biggest worry about this diet is traveling, but reading your story makes me feel so much better.
As Suze Orman says, way to put yourself first!!!!
And I bet you feel 1000000000 times better than that donut would've tasted!

Welcome back Cali girl! And congratulations for being deviation free on your trip and around your friends. People eating non Cohen food in the car while traveling is a torture, I know!!! Once my husband and my daughters stopped to buy french fries when we were coming from a 2hr trip, after 5 minutes in the car with the smell I was about to kill my husband!!! I opened my window against their wishes and I didn't care! If they were torturing me with the smell I did it back to them with the wind, it was freezing cold!!!
Way to go girl!!!

Bibs,
Welcome to 1PD, the best of the best! You have the same amount of pounds to lose as I had. If you look in my ticker on my first 4 weeks I lost 15 pounds, too. I don't think the amount of weight has something to do with it. As my consultant said to me when I asked "All bodies are different." 15 pounds is a great loss. Keep going!
