I had to dig deep for these. ???? I think when you carry too much weight you have a tendency to loose those photos taken of you. Or loose them all together.
I am posting these because of the admiration of all of you that have posted photos before me. I may not have had the most weight to loose, but this has been a life long process of excess weight for me. And I think posting photos is one way of saying never again and no more.
2003 my youngest is just 1 yrs old
,
2008 visiting Sister in Southern CA. Thought I was looking good!
April 2009: Decided I had enough! But how was it going to happen?
May 2009; one month into it. Feeling better...in so many ways.
I will attempt to get current photos up soon.

Hi Ev~
Nice to put a face to a name! In the last picture your smile tells it all! I can't wait to see more "after" pictures!

Hi Dayanira~
I will after this next week at the beach on vacation! No bikini photos in my future though. :eyebrow: Thanks for noticing the smile...my Mom was taking the photo and it was her first time to see and know about the diet. So the smile speaks to more than just the inner peace I was feeling. :party1:

Whether you meant to or not. I am laughing so hard, right now! My hands! They are the only thing showing! :hiding:
Thanks for pointing them out; maybe in the new photos I will be brave enough to show a foot!? :applause:

That's not exactly what I meant....I meant that like in your picture, I really notice a difference in my hands! They look so skinny now!!! I can actually see the tendons and veins!!! And sometimes while I'm typing it freaks me out when I catch a glimpse of them...for a split second I wonder who's hands are those??!!! :)
Glad I got you to laugh!!! It's good medicine!
