My Before & After

The first pictures were taken April 19 (170lbs). I actually gained 4lbs after that point before starting the diet. I am kind of disgusted by these pictures but just wanted you all to see the change.

The third picture was taken 3 days ago on my way to an event (138lbs). I've gotten a new hair cut, dyed my hair, and started wearing makeup again. Next thing is to buy new clothes. The white pants I'm wearing in the picture had huge pockets that you could see through the pants. So I cut them out and sewed it up. :) I don't know why they put pockets in white pants.

The fourth picture was taken about 2 weeks ago. About 141lbs I think.

I'm definitely going to add a picture of me at my brother's wedding since that was my biggest goal - to be done this diet before then. I'll probably have that up in about 3 weeks.

It's true that I'm so much happier now. This winter I was very depressed & just ate & ate & ate...I really let myself go. I'm so glad I decided to do this diet this spring. I have a lot more energy now, I'm happier. I've changed the way I dress, got a new hair cut & wear makeup again. I feel like a new person.

I'm glad I could inspire some of you. Just stay strong & you'll make it. The diet was really hard for me in the beginning but I am so happy to be able to post my "after" pictures!!

Melissa! You look fantastic!! It DOES feel good to feel good, huh? BTW...how tall are you? I ask because you and I have the exact same start weight and goals. I went on vacation in June, so I haven't quite reached the weight needed to order refeed (2 more lbs.) but I will hopefully this next week. Way to go cutie!
