I have never been contacted by a consultent so how do I know who to talk? I have so many questions about eating peppers, can i eat the spring mix salad and if using Thai curry paste is okey (it doesn't have any starch in it). So could someone PLEASE help me out with this problem? I feel like I am not making the right decisions and that is making me crazy!

Thank you, I dont know what I was thinking! as soon as i sent the post i remembered that they told me to save it in my address book. There is so much to think about when starting this, I am so worried that i am doing the wrong thing that i cant think straight.

I know, it takes a little while to get it all sorted out. Took me about a week to get the diet down. Now, it's easy and I don't have to think about it.

I had to ask a couple of questions about the re-feed so I'm sure once I start, it will get easier.

Thats good to hear, the first 3 days seemed to be so easy but now that i'm trying to eat different things it isn't as easy as i thought it would be.

Thank you for your help, i'm sure we will talk again.

Kari....give it time and be patient. You'll get the hang of the diet soon and before you know it you'll be a great short-order chef!! :)
Don't be afraid to try new and different foods....just make sure there's nothing in them that will cause you to deviate from your plan. Read the labels. I haven't purchased anything that doesn't state all the ingredients....some things only have the word "spices" in the list of ingredients....I steer away from those! I need to know which specific spices are included. I mostly use my own spices and create things with combinations of my own spices so I'm assured of an allowable meal.
Hang in there....stay strong!

JUST DUMP THEM OUT!!! You know you're not supposed to eat them so just get rid of them.

Have you tried to add curry in your meals? It will definetely spice up your meals. You just have to be very carefully with some curry powders because they have chilly and some other ingredients that are not allowed.
