These pictures range from January to right before I started this diet. And a picture of my wife and I who are doing this diet together! What a huge difference! I am only 2 lbs away from starting my re-feed. I started this diet weighing 222 lbs and am now currently 178 lbs! Wow, I look good! Haven't felt or looked this good since High School!
