My delightful Before pics and some during!!

First off, I can't believe that I am doing this.... I am truly ashamed of what I looked like! But I figured that I had better show some before and during photos! The first photos were taken 3/19/09 when I was 2 days into the diet. Then the 2nd set were taken today on week 14! I cannot believe the difference! I have currently lost 61 lbs and have 40 lbs to go!!! Yaay! I can't wait to see what another 40 lbs will do and look like!

Thanks everyone, it was quite the shock to pull up these old pictures. I haven't looked at them since they were taken. Sad! But it is such a reward to see the changes that have taken place. Amazing what 61 lbs can do to a person! Plus I have to thank my hubby for sticking in there with me! We both look and feel sooooo much better than we did 3 mo ago.

I know that when I started this diet I was always looking at everybody elses before, during and after pics to get motivated, and that is why I thought that I should post. Hopefully I can inspire someone else out there who is looking into this diet! IT WORKS! My husband and I are living proof! Yaay!

Well, here are some more pictures that we just took. My husband and I went through our closet and took 3 large bags and one huge box of clothes to the local DI! Clean them out and get rid of them!!!! Yaay!!! It feels good. But of course had to take pictures of what I fit in before I had lost! I couldn't believe it! What a blessing this diet has been for both myself and my hubby! Yaay!:praying::D

So it has now been 2 mo since off of the diet, and back to "Normal" life. What a challenge! I am grateful though that I now have the energy to exercise and actually look forward to doing it. I have been over-weight for a good portion of my life, and am fully enjoying the healthier me! Not to say that life and food isn't still hard! I still struggle with things here and there, but overall.... I would never go back and 1PD is the best thing that has happened to me besides marriage and my two wonderful children.

I often come on here to see how things are going, although I don't post! But I am curious to see how everyone is doing. I love that there is such a great support team here. And I miss being able to talk to dieters about things that are going on!

Attached are some family pictures we had taken. I got so tired of having our "FAT" family photos up! I also wanted to share with all of you the wonderful transformation that has taken place. For all of those who knew me before the change.... I am walking advertisement for 1PD! It is crazy how many times I get asked what I did and what they can do to look into it.
