Back from Italy!

Buon giorno everybody!! Just got back from Italy on Saturday. It was spectacular!! And...I only gained 3 lbs.!!! Whoo-hoo! I am jazzed as I could have gained back every pound I've lost so far! :party8:

But alas, vacation is over and it's back to business! I am committed to be 100% without deviation from now till goal. I know it's possible...I did it for 4 weeks before I left, so now I'm in it for the long haul. This diet rocks because this diet works!

So glad you had a wonderful trip!! Also glad you're back here with us again!! Time to make a fresh start and get back on the bus 100%. Have fun reliving your Italian memories....we want to see some pix!! Where all did you go? I was in Italy 8 years ago with our Community Band on tour. We went to Venice, Verona, Florence and Milan....also Prague, Czech Republic; Croatia; Vienna, Austria. It was fabulous!!!
