Going on a trip.........!!!!!!

How is this for motivation? As if getting all healthy and slim was not enough :-). I got text messages from my brother today. My Mom and brother both live in West Palm Beach, Florida and I live in California. He says that he saw a recent picture of me on my Mom's phone that I had sent to her and he wants to know, how much I have lost, how much do I have to go and what my goal is. So after I tell him, he says he will buy me a round trip ticket to see them once I reach my goal. How very cool is that. So I guess I am going to Florida!!!!

Okay, fellow 1PDers, stay 100%.

Talk about MOTIVATION! What a nice brother. You are so close Chris! Break it into 10 pound chunks and you can conquer the last 34. I'll bet you can get out there before the summer is over. Congrats to you and God bless your brother.

How about checking with Weight Watchers.com to see if they offer different size scales to buy. Otherwise, I would Google Food Scales and see what you get.

I bought a cute little travel scale at Bed Bath and Beyond (recommended by another from this forum). I think it cost about $5 - I keep it in my glove box. If you go to their website and search "food scale" I'm sure you'll find it.
