Hi Mama! Yes, I went through sizes in a week or so...but the more INTERESTING part is when you DON'T LOSE ANY WEIGHT but you lose two sizes -- which happened to me on refeeding. I started refeeding at 145 and a size 10, and ended at 145 and a size 6 :-) Don't know why!! :-) KEEP GOING!

I don't know about you, but in my case "I am just too short" is a very true statement (I am 5'2" = 157 cm), which does not help me stay slim...

ao, i'm not really "undertall", as i would call the opposite of overweight! how much taller should i b?!?!

Well, Cyberella, I agree - there is a BIG difference between 157 and 180 ...
My best friend is 180 and for few years we were working at the same place. Every time we went together to grab a cup of coffee people would giggle seeing us walking together...{lol}
But you are lucky - with me, if I gain 2-3 kgs (about 5lbs) you can already tell. If I gain 10lbs (4-4.5 kg) - I need a bigger size of pants...{scream}

i know what u mean-
my best friends were always tiny- like 1,52 m the most!!!!
that was really funny 2 watch-
and once i stood next 2 my mom in a restauranz bathroom with a huge mirror-- she is 1,65 - so not that small, but i wore high heels and she didnt (usally the other way round)--
we both washed our hands and looked up the same instant--
and couldnt stop laughing 4 months ... {rofl}:rolling2:{rofl}
whenever we looked at each other we burst out laughing-
still 2day when i remind her, we r having a ball!!
some differences r just 2 hilarious.

yeah- my baby at iz funniest face (he was only 9 month then)-
i'll change the pics every now and then-
only 2day i was able 2 put an own pic as my avatar..
didnt work till now!
